In 2014 we have the Ryder Cup less than an hour away at Gleneagles. The Commonwealth Games shooting competitions in Carnoustie in July. The British Open is just 30 minutes away at St Andrews in 2015.

We have four deluxe guest bedrooms in our guesthouse next to the golf courses in Carnoustie. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor just off the breakfast room. All our bedrooms are double and twin rooms. and have contemporary en-suite bathrooms.

We use extremely comfortable zip and link beds and much better than you will often get in a hotel. We can make up the rooms as two single beds or as one superkingsize (7 foot wide) bed to suit your requirements. Although we don’t have single rooms you are very welcome to take single occupancy of a twin room when one single bed will be prepared for you.

Our accommodation has been awarded the Scottish Tourist Board 4 Star grading. This reflects the high quality and range of facilities we provide for you with a view from most rooms over the carnoustie golf courses. We are the only bed and breakfast with this great location in Carnoustie.
